Deep Tissue Massage

A Deep Tissue massage works at a deeper level. Surrounding the muscle tissue is a covering called fascia. Sometimes due to stress, inactivity, or injury the fascia starts to stick together impeding movement. Deep tissue helps release the fascia, so freedom of movement is regained.
